Engineered for efficiency and durability, this weatherstrip features a zipper tooth design that allows the pile to easily snap into the extrusion slot from above—eliminating the need to slide it in from the ends.
Manufactured with a polypropylene backing and high-density gray pile, this zipper pile weatherstrip is full density, water-resistant, and built for long-lasting performance. The innovative design makes installation faster and easier for both manufacturing and retrofit applications, even when slots are slightly off size. It can be installed in aluminum, vinyl, fiberglass, or wood T-slots without removing the entire window or door sash.
A double center fin provides a true weather seal, offering superior protection against air, moisture, and dust compared to standard pile used only for vibration or pest control.
