VISIONstrip is a precision extruded glazing seal consisting of an EPDM rubber extrusion positioned at the sightline, combined with a 100% solid, highly adhesive and elastic cross-linked butyl preformed sealant bonded below. This single-component profile creates a positive wet seal between metal and glass surfaces while delivering the clean appearance of a traditional gasket at the sightline.
Designed for use in compression glazing systems, VISIONstrip is ideal for high-performance applications including curtain walls, punched and ribbon window systems, and sloped glazing assemblies. The integrated design simplifies installation while maintaining consistent compression and long-term durability.
A mock-up is recommended to verify proper mating between VISIONstrip and the metal nib prior to full-scale installation.
