Trim Plate for Shallow Mortise Lock

This trim plate is designed specifically for shallow mortise locks. Constructed to provide a clean, finished look around the mortise lock body, it helps reinforce and protect the lock area while covering installation cavities. The faceplate is sized at 1″ x 5-3/4″ (25.4mm x 146.1mm), and the plate itself is made to fit applications where a shallow mortise of only 3/8″ (9.5mm) depth is needed. This makes it suitable for windows or doors that use a shallower mortise lock body, offering precise coverage without interfering with operation or aesthetics.

The plate includes pre-drilled screw holes for simplified installation. Faceplate screw holes are spaced at 5-1/4″ (133.4mm), and mortise lock screw holes are spaced at 3-11/16″ (93.7mm), ensuring compatibility with a variety of common shallow mortise lock setups.
