This
Truth® 15.16 Entrygard Dual Arm Operator is a surface-mount replacement hardware used primarily with Caradco and Jeld-Wen® wood casement windows. Designed for smooth operation and reliable support, this dual-arm operator provides balanced motion for sash opening and closing. The short link design features a straight, split arm with nylon roller for smooth track movement, and the part is right-handed as viewed from outside the window.

The long arm measures 10-1/2″ (266.7mm) from the center of the operator to the center of the button, while the short arm is 3-3/4″ (95.3mm) with an offset link oriented up. A 9/16″ (14.3mm) diameter nylon roller with 3/16″ (4.8mm) thickness ensures quiet, reliable function. The handle spline is 11/32″ (8.7mm) in diameter; the right-hand crank is gold, and the left-hand version is silver. Finish is Mill/Stone, using the updated E-Gard protective coating for durability.
