It allows for exit only and includes the weather-resistant, 48″ Detex exit bar, adjustable mounting plate for 29″ to 54″ gate frames, adjustable receiver bracket for 3″ latch post and the fasteners and screws necessary for installation. Requires holes to be drilled for exit bar.
