Tension bands are necessary to keep a chain link fence together. They keep the fabric in place by connecting the tension bar and mesh to the terminal posts and corner posts. This 4″ Black Beveled Tension Band has a black powder-coated finish and the beveled edges make it ideal for settings that require extra security. Most applications require one less tension band than a fence’s height (in feet), meaning a 6′ fence would require five tension bands.
