Choose a dummy knob when you need a decorative door handle without any locking or latching function.

Unlike a privacy knob, which locks from the inside, or a passage knob, which allows the door to open freely, a dummy knob does not operate a latch at all.

It’s ideal for closet doors, double doors, or anywhere you want the look of a knob without the need for functionality.
