For use with Levers only (Do not use with knobs as lever strength mortise boxes only turn one way ahd have a stiff turning action that is suitable for levers)
Entrance and apartment mortise lock
Latch bolt by Lever from either side, except when outside Lever is locked by stop in front; then latch bolt by key outside and Lever inside
Deadbolt by key outside and turn piece inside. Continuous turn of key outside retracts both latch and deadbolt.
1″ (25mm) throw deadbolt with saw-proof inserts is standard equipment.
