Mortise Lock, Single Point Lock Active 60mm for Marvin, Caradco, and Jeldwen Doors

This single point active mortise lock body is designed for use in Marvin Ultimate and other inswing doors, including compatible Caradco and Jeldwen models. It works as a replacement or new installation for doors manufactured from January 17, 2000 to present, which require secure, reliable single-point locking. The lock uses an American cylinder and features durable construction suitable for residential exterior applications.

This product is specifically the lock body only and does not include a faceplate or strike. It is priced and sold individually. Please note that the required screw between the latch and deadbolt is a #6 flat head (not included).

Notes

• Single point locks are commonly used in Marvin, Caradco, Jeldwen, and other compatible doors.
• Lock body only – does not include faceplate or strike plates.
• The screw between the latch and deadbolt must be a #6 flat head (not included).
• To reverse handing: 1) Insert screwdriver into slot behind latch, 2) Pull down on handing release until latch pops out, 3) Rotate latch and push back into lock case.
• Always check function of the lock before closing the door to ensure proper installation.
• Operation: 1) Lift handle to engage. 2) Turn thumbturn or key to extend the deadbolt.
