The 16mm P2000 Passive Upper Extension is designed for use on passive or inactive doors with panel lengths ranging from 69″ (1752.6mm) to 82-1/2″ (2095.8mm) and a handle height of 36″ (914.4mm). This upper assembly features a 5/8″ (16mm) wide faceplate for reliable installation and compatibility with multi-point locking systems.

Equipped with croppable shootbolt teeth, this extension can be adjusted to fit various door heights within the specified range. When paired with an inactive gear and Shoot Tip #5670-81, this assembly transforms into a shootbolt-style two-point lock, providing added security for passive or inactive doors.
