The Truth® Sentry Active Multipoint Lock is engineered for use in residential doors, offering enhanced security and dependable operation. This model features a 5/8″ (16mm) faceplate and a 1-3/4″ (45mm) backset, designed to fit doors that require a robust multipoint locking system with a shootbolt and tongue action positioned at 20″ (509.5mm) from the base. With a reversible latch system, this lock accommodates both left and right-handed installations, making it highly versatile for replacement or new setups.

Operation is straightforward: lift the handle to extend the hooks, rotate the thumbturn or use a key to throw the deadbolt, and retract the deadbolt with either the key or thumb turn as needed. A springlatch mechanism allows the handing to be changed by pulling out and spinning the latch; the mis-handing device can be engaged with a simple push, and the latch flips to the other side for quick adjustments.
